I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location, right by the downtown area and SUNY Cortland College. The rooms, though lacking a view, were spacious and well-equipped, making it worth the stay. The service, despite being busy, went above and beyond, even after discovering a past night's guest mishap. The dining experience left something to be desired, with a basic meal selection. However, the facilities were top-notch, providing excellent value for the price.
